Montgomery County issues flash flood warning for Monday June 26

This is Situational Awareness Notice #23-05-001 for the Montgomery County Department of Public Safety. This report applies to the Severe Thunderstorms/Flash Flooding Expected Monday, June 26th.
Significant event details and developments:
1. Scattered severe thunderstorms are possible across our area Monday afternoon
2. Excessive rainfall rates could result in scattered local flash flooding, especially in urban areas
3. Damaging wind gusts of 60-70mph and large hail are possible, which would likely damage trees and power lines
