Join the Bridgeport Borough Council Public Safety Committee!

Objectives
Prevention and Preparedness: Develop strategies to prevent crime and mitigate risks associated with natural disasters.
Community Engagement: Facilitate open communication between residents and stakeholders.
Education and Outreach: Promote public awareness and empower individuals to take proactive safety measures.
Collaboration and Partnerships: Foster cooperation among local agencies to address public safety challenges.

Composition: Our committee consists of council members, police representatives, engineers, and community members passionate about public safety.

Meeting Schedule: Monthly meetings starting in April every third Thursday, 7:00pm, Bridgeport Council Chambers, 63 West 4th Street

Get Involved: We invite residents to join us in our mission! Whether you have experience in public safety, grant writing, project management, or simply want to contribute, your involvement is crucial in making Bridgeport a safer place for everyone.
