NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at the Borough of Bridgeport COUNCIL MEETING scheduled for Tuesday, May 12, 2020 at 7:30 p.m. Borough Council will consider the following ordinance, the title and summary of which is listed below:
ORDINANCE NO. 2020-001
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE BOROUGH OF BRIDGEPORT' S CODE TO AMEND CHAPTER 72, ARTICLE I ENTITLED "PENSIONS”-“AUTHORIZATION TO PAY FEES FROM BOROUGH PENSION FUNDS” TO ADD A NEW SUBSECTION TO CHAPTER 72, ARTICLE I LABELED CHAPTER 72, ARTICLE I, SECTION II (§72-2), ENTITLED “PROCEDURE FOR PAYMENT OF BOROUGH PENSION FUND ADMINISTRATIVE EXPENSES” TO ESTABLISH AND DEFINE THE PROCEDURE REQUISITE BOROUGH ACCOUNT FOR PAYMENT OF ADMINISTRATIVE EXPENSES FOR THE BRIDGEPORT BOROUGH DEFINED CONTRIBUTION PENSION PLAN

This meeting shall be held remotely in order to comply with the Governor’s directive regarding public gatherings. Any public comment pertaining to this Ordinance or any other agenda item should be submitted to info@bridgeportborough.org no later than 2pm on May 12, 2020.
